Dumpster Rental in Danville: What the Work Looks Like
Danville is a town of owner-occupied single-family homes. About 85% of households own, and the median home value is above $1.6 million, so the work is what large, well-kept houses need: kitchen and bath remodels, additions, pool and patio replacements, landscape overhauls and the occasional full rebuild. Neighborhoods like Greenbrook, Sycamore Valley and Crow Canyon Country Club are largely HOA communities with their own rules; the older areas around El Cerro, El Pintado and Diablo Road have larger lots and more mature trees. Parts of Danville were mapped as Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones in 2025, and oaks of 10 inches or more are protected.
New housing is coming mostly as townhomes and apartments on the town's few larger sites: 170 units under construction on the Borel property at 3020 Fostoria Way, 200 apartments approved in February 2026 at Danville Village on Town & Country Drive, 47 townhomes at The Lanes and 68 at Community Presbyterian Church on El Pintado. Danville sits on the same I-680 run as San Ramon, Alamo and Walnut Creek from our Hayward yard.
